Essential Minecraft Commands Every Server Owner Should Know

Regardless of your server type, there's a set of essential commands that make managing your world much easier day to day. Here are the most important ones. The `/gamemode` command lets you switch between different play modes (survival, creative, adventure, and spectator) for yourself or any other player, very useful while building or testing new settings. The `/tp` command (short for Teleport) instantly moves you anywhere in the world, or to another player, saving you long walking time. The `/gamerule` command controls core gameplay rules, such as enabling or disabling fall damage, mob spawning during daytime, or even keeping your inventory after death. The `/weather` command lets you control the weather directly (sun, rain, thunderstorm), useful if you're planning a specific event in your community. The `/time set` command instantly changes the time in the world (day or night), very useful if you need to record or design something under specific lighting. Keeping these five commands in mind saves you a lot of time in your daily server management.
